OPERATIONS MANAGER
Anaika holds a Bachelor Degree with a concentration in Finance from National Central University of Taiwan. Prior to joining C432, Anaika worked as an Office Supervisor in a Tom's Shoe Factory in Haiti, helping with the office management but also using her fluency in Mandarin to help the Chinese expats team in translation and adaptation to the Haiti working environment. Anaika then joined Citibank, Haiti branch as a Relationship Associate in the Corporate and Investment Banking, actively involved in receiving and coordinating with concerned department to make sure clients' requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Anaika participated in 2015 in the IVLP program held by the US State Department as part of the WeAmericas Program with fellow young women leaders in the Caribbean and the Latin America.
